Chicken

I just grilled chicken with Montreal Chicken Seasoning

Dressing

For the dressing, it was loosely based on the Peruvian chicken^[@rev] sauce. It was a rough attempt but needs work.

1 cup full-fat non-Greek yogurt
1 head of cilantro (should have measured)
1 Thai pepper
1/2 tsp salt
juice of 1 lime
A few small scoops of mayo

I added the mayo later and wish I hadn't. It didn't add much other than calories. I think next time, I would use greek yogurt to thicken it rather than regular. And maybe a few more seasonings.
