Peanut Butter Bananas Foster Croissant Toast

We wanted to make something decadent with the rest of the Croissant Toast (see Pesto Egg on Croissant Bread^[@rev]). So Meredith came up with this idea. She made a peanut butter mousse (or something liked that). She really just came up with it as she went.

whipped cream with 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, splash of vanilla
whipped 1/4 cup powdered sugar with ~1/4 cup cream cheese and maybe around 1/2 cup of peanut butter.
Folded the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.

Then we made Bananas Fosters [Kenneth Temple]^[@rev] as the topping. That worked really well except the spices didn't mix well. Next time, I'd add them a bit before the flambé

We would make this again for sure. Maybe with a Liege waffle instead! Or French Toast
