I kind of threw together a curry stir-fry a la Singapore Noodles with Shrimp and Peppers [Spoon Fork Bacon][@rev]. I really just used that as a rough guide. It wasn't bad but wasn't a revelation either. Kind of a mess on the pan though!
It was onions, peppers, and snow-peas.
