We did Creamy Spinach Artichoke Orzotto [The Kitchn][@rev], including the garlic, and with arugula. I was afraid that the arugula would be too powerful so I used about half the amount. I also only added the cheese inside and did not top it with more.
It was very good as usual and the arugula was fine, but I would go back to spinach next time.
