I made Stuffed Mushroom Casserole (with Chicken)[@rev] with a pound of ground turkey and heavy on the mushrooms (I think 32 oz). I did miss the "divided" on the butter so I used too much for the base but it was still good.
I also used a mix of crispy onions and crispy red pepper for the topping.
It was pretty good! We haven't made it in a while and it was nice to do again.
