We made Fondue for New Years with Emily. We followed what is quickly becoming our standard dippers (see 2021-12-04[@rev] and 2021-12-26[@rev]) but air-fried them with our new fryer. I did it all at 450°F with about 17 min for the brussel sprouts, ~20 for the potatoes, and the others I just did by eye (I didn't write it down I guess).

We also had a chocolate mousse cake from Costco. It was for Emily’s birthday but all they had was for New Years. So we did some modifications for Emily’s 28th birthday. And we had Octonaut toppers we never used for Caroline so we used them too. As you can imagine, they were a hit.
