I (belatedly) made Baked Latkes^[@rev]. The recipe really doesn't help much with proportions and I wanted to 1.5x it. So I wrote down what I did. I wouldn't say "this is the right proportion" in the future since I just think you have to play around and it's not super sensitive.

2 lbs 6-3/4 oz russet potatoes
1 lbs 2-5/8 oz sweet potatoes
15 oz onions but (a) not all of it grated well and then (b) there was so much liquid in the food processor that I scooped out what I could and left some behind. See photo^[full]
200 grams of flour
7 eggs

For the samosa ones, we eyeballed a lot of curry powder and added peas. We did it by eye so I couldn't tell you exactly how much or how much we set aside for it. Oh well.

Emily and Meredith liked them a lot. I thought they were good but I preferred the regular.

We also had fried eggs.
