I made Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad [Ambitious Kitchen][@rev] again for our lunch but skipped the bacon, forgot the arugula and avocado, and used rotisserie chicken. I really liked it! I had to add more salt to make up for the lack of bacon. And I ended up heavy on the dressing. But it is pretty easy and tastes great. I also used frozen corn directly. It defrosted enough just in the mix.
Served with Carrot Raisin Salad[@rev]
