Keeping the one-a-week trend, I made Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad [Ambitious Kitchen][@rev].
This time, however, I was making it to bring to a Fourth of July party so I was less worried about calories.
First I doubled the ranch. Probably a bit too much but not bad tasting! I also subbed pepperoni for bacon. I think using bacon is the right answer but I was curious about it. I also used lemon-pepper rotisserie chicken (from Walmart). I did add chopped arugula and skipped the avocado
