Like last week[@rev] but I tried to make a "Blintz Pizza" for Isaac. I mixed some cottage cheese with 1 tsp sugar. After adding strawberries, I sprinkled the top with another 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Not too bad overall.
Isaac didn't care for it (of course!) but Caroline loved it!
