I made Creamy Spinach Artichoke Orzotto [The Kitchn][@rev]. Notable changes with addition of arugula and using about 3 oz of multi-color Israeli couscous because we only had 7 oz of orzo.
Very tasty as usual. And while not hard per se, it is a lot of constant work and helps to have everything ready to go.
