I made Crispy Potato Stacks with Garlic Herb Butter [Salt n Pepper Here][@rev] with leftover butter (and mustard) of Christmas Sandwiches[@rev] from Christmas 2024. They were okay. Not the "revelation" I had hoped for but still good.
I also made Crispy Seared Salmon[@rev]
