Did tawook[@rev] with chicken and paneer. We marinated them together meaning we had to make sure the paneer hit 165°F too (which may have been overcooked but we probably would have done it anyway).
The paneer were good in their own right but didn't really get the tawook flavor. The chicken did and were really good.
