Savory Waffles [Yummy Toddler Food] with homegrown zapalitto de tronco squash and Mexican blend cheese. Topped with an egg fried in enchilada sauce and avocado. Yum!

Korean Beef Bowls [Damn Delicious] Served with roasted carrots, broccolini (not pictured), and edamame. Also had Smacked Cucumber in Garlicky Sauce [Every Grain of Rice] but really just sliced.

Meredith made Korean Beef Bowls [Damn Delicious]. She Left out crushed red pepper and also used one cube frozen ginger in addition.
Also made Smacked Cucumber in Garlicky Sauce [Every Grain of Rice] but sliced them instead of smashing them since they were so small. And pickled home-grown chiles

The tempeh taco meat from from Tempeh Taco Salad [Eating Bird Food].
The chilies were homegrown and used just the chili part of Curried Carrot Mash With Brown Butter and Quick-Pickled Chillies [Ottolenghi] (though the rest sounds tasty too!)
The Cucumber + Bell Pepper Salad was Sesame Ginger Dressing [Eating Bird Food] and Cucumber + Bell Pepper Salad [Eating Bird Food] but the dressing was actually leftover from 2023-07-18. It was good but there was really not enough dressing.
