Seitan Turkey

Seitan

22 oz vital wheat gluten
1 tbsp garlic [powder]
2 tbsp Italian spices
2 tsp Sriracha
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp chicken soup mix or vegetarian alternative (e.g. Osem)
2-1/2 cup water

Mix with dough blade until a solid dough. Cut in two and let sit while liquid boils

Liquid

About 1/2 pot of water
4 tbsp chicken soup mix or vegetarian alternative (e.g. Osem)
1-1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 tbsp garlic powder
splash of Sriracha
splash of apple cider vinegar

Boil then lower to a slow boil. Add seitan for about 90 minutes:
