Beet Pickled Eggs

This was Dad's recipe he lost but got back from a friend. Do note that it is different than what is on 2014-07-27[@rev] which we thought was his recipe.
As of 2021-06-16, he believes what is below is what he used to do (he doesn't recall there being any water)
Bring to a boil while hard boiling a dozen eggs. Cool the eggs quickly then peel and pour the pickling over top.
Store in a container, preferably glass, for about a week and enjoy!
