3 c vital wheat gluten
1/2 c brown rice flour
1/2 c nutritional yeast
Onion powder
Italian seasoning
Black pepper
2 tbs chicken broth base
2-3 c stock
Water as needed

Blend in processor or knead until smooth. Shape into two loaves

4 c broth
1/4 c tamari sauce
1/4 sherry (cooking sherry is fine)

Use instant pot. 25 minutes at high pressure. Sit for 10 minutes then release.
