White Sauce for White Lasagne
1 lb butter, melted
Salt, white pepper and garlic to taste
1 1/2 cups flour
4 cups heavy cream (you can just use regular milk)
4 cups regular milk
Mix and cook butter, spices and flour until browned to make a roux.
Bring milks to a boil and gradually add to roux.
This gets much much thicker if it's cooled. Reheat to use after cooling but be careful not to burn. It scorches very easily.
