Very simple recipe but good. Sliced a banana in two, lightly drizzeled honey and sprinkled with cinnamen and nutmeg. Baked for a bit at 300 (or so). Meredith said they were overcooked a bit but I didn't think it was too bad.

Honey...1 to 2. Depending on what you use.
