Originally from here but we made some changes.

Changes

1.25 to 1.5 lb extra lean ground beef
2x (or more) nutmeg, oregano and cinnamon in tomato sauce
no raisins (just forgot)
extra garlic
almond milk instead of 1%
White whole wheat flour
Graffiti eggplant
Sprinkle eggplant with salt before cooking. Also cook longer until more done
Smart Balance

Points (from 2010-09-10^[@rev]): 30 for the entire thing!
