We were looking for something fast (ish) so we made the same basic thing as last time[@rev]. We did not have fresh basil so we used some frozen. Also, we used grape tomatoes and actually sauteed the onions. It was really good. I thought I overcooked the scallops most were fine (there were a few overcooked ones). Cooking the scallops in the cast iron pan does a nice job.
The pasta side was one of those packaged pasta sides. I do not remember the brand but it was fast, easy, and pretty simple. And not too bad on points (I think 5 per person).
