First, we made zucchini fritters just like 2011-12-21[@rev]. I was more careful with the egg but unfortunately (though probably unrelated, they stuck really badly. I do not know what we did last time, but they were much better. I also think I undercooked them by a good amount and they were soggy. I will definitely try again, but I'll let it cook more.
The shrimp was done on the griddler. I marinated it for a bit with lemon juice and then put adobo seasoning on it. Unlike the zucchini, this was overcooked.
