I made the chicken sausage and roasted vegetable[@rev] meal. I went light on the potato since I didn't want a huge number of calories. I am going from memory, but this is what I used:
I let it roast a tad too long (~40-50 min at 400) as some of the onions were charred. I'll be more careful next time and use 375 as the original recipe states
