20130602-100828.jpgI wanted something fast and light. I roasted asparagus as I did on 2013-05-20[@rev]basically the exact same way. While that was going, I poached eggs like on 2013-05-01[@rev]. Note that the time in the water was about 4-5 minutes. I thought they were overcooked but the yolks were still pretty runny.

The meal was pretty good. Kind of plain, but it was fast
