I again made pumpkin bars. They were inspired by last time[@rev] but I made a few changes, etc. I discovered a tip on doing the nuts. I had them in the dry pan and when they started to get a bit toasty, I took the pan off the heat and tossed the nuts around. The residual heat kept cooking them and I could control how much they browned.

I skipped all of the dried fruit but I added a bit more nuts.

Adding some baking powder and oil helped make this a bit more fluffy. They still had a bit of a goupy texture, but not too bad.
