I made standard broccoli "beef"[@rev] but with seitan (from 2013-11-19[@rev]). I didn't do anything special but it didn't seem to coat as well as usual. Still, it was good. And the seitan was amazing (as usual). I may have overcooked the broccoli by a little bit
