IMG_1943.JPGI threw together a chicken dish inspired by the chicken saltimboca[@rev] . I flattened out a chicken breast, coated it with harissa and some sauteed greens, rolled it, and baked it. I had some trouble with temperatures, etc and I think I may have burned it. I need to figure out a better way to make stuffed chicken things. Maybe sear+oven?
