Meredith made this Inspiralized Recipe (LOCAL[@rev]) for lunch (and a snack). I think she used squeezy-tube basil instead of fresh and mixed it in (rather than just garnish). I only ate it after it was sitting for a while but I thought it was pretty good and seemed pretty healthy.
