I made a big batch (9 lbs 1 oz all said and done) of Sous Vide Barbecue Pulled Pork Shoulder [Serious Eats][@rev] using the noted changes at the top. It was pretty typical except that it was a lot. I also needed to cool it more before I could put it in the fridge (to be easier to package) so I layed it on a tray.
