Parmesan Zucchini Crisps and Leftover Meatballs

A bit of a Smorgasbord. We had defrosted and reheated meatballs from 2021-10-15[@rev]. I was originally going to do something different with the peppers but we had enough meatballs that I just had that.
Meredith made Parmesan Zucchini Crisps inspired by 2017-07-31[@rev]. She did it in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes which worked better. We also served some zucchini tots from the store for the kids (picture[full-size])
Finally, we had some sautéed bread-cheese from Trader Joes
