I prepped lunch for the week. It was inspired by Vegetarian Taco Pasta [Shutterbean][@rev] but with real beef. This was made a while ago so I may have details wrong
I sautéed/stir-fried broccoli then I pulled it out, browned the beef, and mixed it all. Not bad though I got kind of tired of it after four days!
